<div>The major design challenge of the T.A house was to

programmatically provide 3 comfortable individual duplexes in 2 floors, partial roof and partial basement. The complexity of the

organization and the need for minimizing the staircases areas were immediately recognized as design strategies. The design

further proposed a central courtyard to provide a private external intimate space for family gatherings.</div>
