<div>The new Cairo Glass Company office building located within the new factory complex aimed at housing the main administrative body overlooking the production of one of the largest glass factories in Egypt. We were asked to envision a new image for the exterior and interior of an existing boat-shaped structure that had been erected for several years. Our proposal was based upon emphasizing the unique shape of the structural elements, while opening the view towards the complex. The clear glass curtain wall, was complemented by a metal shading system to protect from direct sunlight, while a new cantilevering canopy was added to accentuate the main entrance.</div>
