The design proposal for residential district 8 of Madinaty was based on several modifications to existing strategies. These modifications included creating a clear connectivity between the zone and neighboring zones and streets, creating a clear hierarchy between public and semi-public spaces, and maximizing utilization of green spaces, parking, and views. The architectural prototype was based on creating a unique and novel theme for the zone while maintaining considerably easy prototyping.
